Mason Land Surveys Ltd. was founded in April 1971 as Jones Mason Partners, the partnership provided ground control and field verification for aerial surveys throughout the UK. In 1975 Kevan and Annette Mason registered Mason Land Surveys Ltd. (Mason) to supply support to aerial survey companies. Additional services have more recently been added, which now includes Computing Services, Measured Building Surveys, Laser Scanning Surveys and Creative Services.
Today Mason remains headquartered at Dunfermline with Faygate, Edinburgh, Heathrow and an office near Dublin Airport since 2002. The company now also has representatives in Sweden, Portugal and the United States.
